Our foreclosure properties are sold “as-is”. Some foreclosed homes are in move-in condition, while others are true handyman specials. Often, a foreclosed property will need some cosmetic and mechanical rehabilitation in order to obtain full market value. We try to provide as much information about each foreclosed property as we have available; however, our information on our wholesale listings is usually limited. Non-Foreclosure Property:
We will occasionally list a property (home, condo or land) that has not been through the foreclosure process. These real estate listings are carefully scrutinized and have been deemed to be a great real estate investment. Owner Financing
We will short term owner finance most of the foreclosed properties offered on our website. Although terms may vary, our owner financing program offers you a great wholesale real estate investment with very little money down. Many investors use this short term financing to rehabilitate a foreclosed property and then flip the home at a significant profit. For others, this allows them to purchase a wholesale priced property at a cost that is comparable to a rental deposit with significantly discounted monthly payments for their home.
